I will start off with the chain on this stinks! but I bought it for the heart pendent any ways so that doesn't effect my review.
The heart itself is beautiful, hard to tell it is a knockoff, which I believe it is. But not a huge knockoff maybe like a factory second and I will explain why I think that. At first when we received it we compared it to the actual Swarvoski heart pendent. It is pretty obvious the color is a bit off on this one, but not a big deal, it is just a darker red, but not as dark as the image above looks. Any ways I thought it was a fake until my girlfriend accidentally washed it. When I pulled it out of the drier, it was Flawless! in fact the washer and dryer had cleaned it, It was unbelievable that the crystal could survive that, it was really hot but still in great condition. Needless to say the chain was shredded. My girlfriend bought a new chain for it and now it is one of her Favorite Necklaces, she wears it a lot and gets a lot of complements. Honestly people think it is really genuine now that it is on a thicker chain. I am considering buying one for her mom now, but obviously I will buy a nice silver chain to go with it.
The heart is beautiful it is not too big or too small, it is just right for my girlfriend.
For the price you can't go wrong and if your smart you will buy a thicker chain for it!
