tiny necklace perfect for infants, October 7, 2010

i bought this for my 8 yr old neice thinking it was for a child,however its so tiny its more suited to infants(children 3 and under).its very pretty its just very small.

I bought two of these necklaces for a friend's daughters when their father passed away. I wanted to have them engraved but when I received them in the mail they were REALLY small. I took them to 3 different Jewelry stores and also to Things Remembered and no one could engrave them because they said the lockets were way too small and the silver is also so thin that they were afraid the engraver would go through the metal.
However, the lockets are really beautiful and the design around the heart makes it very unique.
I ended up purchasing lockets from Things Remembered for the girls but I did keep these lockets because I have two small daughters and I plan to give them as Christmas gifts.

This shining little locket is embellished with a sort of floral design around the center heart, giving it detail. It is very feminine and though quite small, very pretty. I like the 13" chain.
