My daughter received this as a gift for Christmas and she LOVES it. It changes color all throughout the day and I find it to be really beautiful for a young girl. A thoughtful, wonderful first piece of jewelry.

I am a butterfly-loving, free-spirited, "hippie type" and I absolutely adore this necklace. The changing colors are really cool (although I don't necessarily believe they accurately assess my mood and not my hotflashes ;). I find them to be like an ever changing tie-dye effect in the butterfly utilizing most of my favorite colors. I have quite a few butterfly necklaces, some costing hundreds of dollars, but this is the one that I wear the most. It's a good deal for a beautiful piece of jewelry.

A Kid's Review
I like the necklace but it doesn't really seem to change colors with my mood. Whenever I wear it it is blue/green. I've never seen it get pink or red or yellow. So it's not really like a mood necklace, but it is a nice necklace.
